Purpose and Job Summary

ORIX USA GP Solutions is a leading provider of strategic capital to middle and lower middle-market private equity sponsors. We deliver bespoke financing solutions across the full spectrum of GP Solutions transactions including single-fund and diversified NAV loans, preferred equity fund financing, fund securitizations, GP management company financing, and continuation vehicles. We have invested ~$700 million in over 20 deals in the past 36 months and are scaling rapidly as demand for NAV-based and GP-level financing accelerates across the private equity landscape.

We are seeking an Associate to join a small team with a broad mandate. You will work directly with senior team members across origination, structuring, underwriting, and execution, rather than being limited to one part of the deal process. Our transaction set spans a wide range of deal types, and each is individually structured — there is no standard product here, so the work rewards creativity and rigorous thinking rather than pattern repetition. Today, our team invests from ORIX USA's balance sheet with the expectation that our platform will expand to include third-party capital over time. Associates joining at this stage will play a critical role in building our platform for the long term.
