Reports to: Lead Quality Documentation US & Canada

As Associate Global Quality Documentation, you will be responsible for managing high volumes of customer documentation requests and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of questionnaires, specifications, quality agreements, and standard letters. The position maintains organized quality documentation, supports system improvements, and develops strong knowledge of products and manufacturing sites to ensure an efficient and compliant customer response process.

What you will do:

• Completing a high volume of incoming customer requests daily. Responding to requests for standard documents, questionnaires, customer specifications, and quality agreements.
• Working collaboratively with regulatory, manufacturing, quality, legal, and customer support groups to complete customer questionnaires.
• Providing customer letters in response to standard inquiries; coordinating and overseeing the response to non-standard inquiries and requests.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and manufacturing sites
• Supporting the generation of needed documentation by working with appropriate parties within and external to quality.
• Collaborating with other members of the Quality team to maintain and continuously improve the systems and databases.
• Organizing and maintaining all quality documentation and standard letters, and tracking responses to customer inquiries.
• Working as part of a team to ensure the customer documentation response process functions efficiently
• Working with Sales to ensure requests are complete and prioritized as needed

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, or related engineering/science field; or equivalent experience in quality, operations, or regulatory areas.
• Prior quality, regulatory, or food industry experience is favorable
• Basic knowledge of starches, hydrocolloids, or food ingredient experience preferred
