Join the Global Mobility team to provide program management support for automation driven and process improvement initiatives across the function.
Job Summary
As an Associate within the Global Mobility team, you will be responsible for driving automation and process improvement initiatives across the function. You will manage and report on a portfolio of projects. You will be involved in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication between teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
Job responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of project activities, timelines, and deliverables across a portfolio of projects.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including scorecards, plans, risk logs, issue trackers, and meeting minutes.
- Help organize, lead and schedule meetings and process mapping sessions, including preparing agendas and capturing action items.
- Monitor progress and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- Facilitate communication between core teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Assist with resource allocation, budget tracking, and financial reporting for initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
- Strong technology & digital skills, with process improvement mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- College / University Degree
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in financial services or a large corporate environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
