As an Associate Global Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategies, product positioning, and business growth—all while working alongside cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
Welcome to Bioprocessing Global Marketing
You will be part of the Bioprocessing business unit, spearheading global marketing and strategy across diverse industries—including textile & leather, pulp & paper, sustainable packaging, and pharmaceuticals. While these sectors may differ, they share a common transformation: biotechnology is redefining manufacturing—reducing energy and water consumption while replacing non-renewable chemicals and catalysts with sustainable, biological solutions.

In this role you’ll make an impact by working with:
Market Intelligence & Strategy

Analyzing emerging market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making

Co-developing targeted industry strategies tailored to market maturity, competition, and growth potential
Business Development & Innovation
-
Assessing new opportunities and developing compelling business cases for innovation projects
-
Collaborating with R&D, regional sales, and regulatory teams to bring breakthrough solutions to market
Pricing & Go-to-Market (G2M)
-
Supporting the development of pricing strategies that align with sales and profitability goals

Continuously refining and optimizing regional channel strategies to maximize market efficiency
Product & Positioning

Help defining and adapting product offerings for global markets

Crafting and fine-tuning value propositions to drive product impact
To succeed you must possess:

Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
-
2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, business development or management consulting
-
Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent mindset
-
A passion for innovation and willingness to travel for customer and stakeholder engagement
-
Previous exposure to industrial processing companies is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
