As the Associate Global Innovation Lead- Liquid I.V. (International), you will play a central role in bringing Liquid I.V.'s international innovation pipeline to life. You will own specific innovation workstreams end-to-end while providing executional and coordination support across the broader global pipeline. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of brand, commercial, and cross-functional delivery, ideal for someone early in their career who is ready to move fast, work globally, and take genuine ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Innovation Pipeline & Stage-Gate Coordination
- Own the administration and coordination of the global innovation and market expansion pipeline, ensuring stage-gate processes run on time and to standard.
- Maintain and update global pipeline trackers, business case templates, and gate documentation across all active projects.
- Coordinate inputs from local brand teams and cross-functional partners (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, PMO) to support consolidated global business cases.
- Prepare materials and briefing documents for senior stakeholder presentations at each gate.
Owned Workstreams
- Serve as project lead for the international expansion of key projects, managing timelines, cross-functional coordination, and milestone tracking across R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
- Lead day-to-day delivery & execution of strategic roadmap and innovation pipeline , coordinating across relevant functions and markets to maintain momentum and flag risks early.
- Partner with the Senior Innovation Manager to define project scope, success metrics, and go/no-go criteria for each workstream.
Cross-Functional & PMO Coordination
- Act as the connective tissue across R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance, scheduling, tracking actions, and ensuring workstreams do not stall between functions.
- Own project documentation including timelines, RAID logs, and decision registers for all active initiatives.
- Proactively identify blockers and escalate to the Senior Innovation Manager with a recommended path forward.
Commercial & Analytical Support
- Support the development and maintenance of global business cases, including market sizing, P&L assumptions, and pricing inputs provided by local teams.
- Conduct competitive monitoring and landscape analysis to inform innovation decisions and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Compile and synthesize local market inputs into consolidated global reporting for senior stakeholders.
Proposition & Localization Support
- Support consumer research and testing activities, coordinating logistics, agency briefing, and results synthesis.
- Assist with artwork, claims, and messaging localization in partnership with R&D, Regulatory, and Legal, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or similar)
- 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, innovation, brand management, or a related commercial function
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal — with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
- Commercially curious: able to read a P&L, interpret market data, and connect the dots between consumer insight and commercial opportunity
- Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through without waiting to be told twice
- Comfortable working across functions and influencing without direct authority
- Genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and consumer-loved brands
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an FMCG, CPG, or consumer health environment
- Exposure to stage-gate or decision board innovation processes
- Experience working with or alongside international markets
- Familiarity with Amazon or DTC innovation models
Pay: The pay range for this position is $71,400 to $107,200. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
