Job Purpose:
Brightpoint Fund
Services GmbH, a company of the Brightpoint Group, specializes in alternative
investments and provides tailored fund administration solutions for venture
capital and private equity fund managers.
For our Fund
Operations division, we are looking for an Associate Fund Operations (m/f/d) to
join us as soon as possible.
In this role,
you support the execution and continuous improvement of end-to-end Fund
Operations processes for venture capital and private equity fund structures.
You work with investors and fund data, process transactions, prepare reporting
inputs, and use the EAP system to ensure accurate and efficient operational
delivery. You also support the manager level in client-related activities by
providing reliable operational input and coordinating follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
· Support ongoing Fund Operations processes for venture capital and
private equity fund structures.
· Maintain investor data and accurately map fund structures in the
relevant systems.
· Use the ERP system to process transactions, maintain data, and prepare
reporting inputs.
· Prepare quarterly reports and other fund documentation, including
special reports and tax-related notifications.
· Support liquidity-related processes, including capital calls and
distributions to fund investors.
· Ensure high data quality,
process accuracy, and timely execution of operational workflows through
effective self-review controls.
· Support managers in client-related activities by preparing information,
coordinating follow-ups, and providing accurate operational input.
· Contribute to process improvements, digital workflows, and automation
initiatives within Fund Operations.
· Take over deputy responsibilities within the team when needed.

Skills Required
- Experience using ERP systems to process transactions and maintain fund data
- Familiarity with fund administration tasks: capital calls, distributions, investor data maintenance
- Ability to prepare quarterly reports and fund documentation including tax-related notifications
- Strong attention to data quality, process accuracy, and effective self-review controls
- Capacity to support client-related activities and coordinate follow-ups with managers
- Willingness to contribute to process improvements, digital workflows, and automation initiatives
- Ability to map fund structures and maintain investor information in relevant systems
