Job Title: Associate Functional Consultant
As an Associate Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions for our customers. This is a challenging and rewarding position that will enable you to grow as a professional consultant. Your key responsibilities include:
- Support Solution Implementation: Assist Senior Consultants in the configuration and implementation of Oracle Cloud modules (such as ERP, HCM, SCM, Logistics and PLM) to meet client needs.
- Learn Business Process Analysis: Shadow client workshops and meetings to learn how to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create Documentation: Help prepare essential project documents, including meeting minutes, business process flows, functional specifications, and user guides under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in Testing: Participate in system testing cycles, including executing test scripts, documenting results, and helping to identify and report software defects.
- Provide User Support: Act as a first point of contact for basic end-user queries and provide support during the go-live and post-implementation phases.
- Contribute to Project Success: Support the Project Manager by helping to track project tasks, prepare status updates, and ensure project documentation is current.
- Continuous Learning: Dedicate time to self-study and formal training to build your knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and achieve relevant certifications.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Non-CS), Management Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent as well as MBA graduates
