About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Associate Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and experience with modern front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and a passion for building scalable and efficient web applications.
As an Associate Full Stack Developer, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to both front-end and back-end development, and play a key role in delivering seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to build responsive, user-friendly web applications
- Develop and maintain systems that support high-traffic digital transactions and seamless user checkout experiences
- Design and develop reusable component systems using Tailwind CSS and native CSS
- Implement comprehensive test coverage using Storybook and unit tests, and playwright
- Build dynamic and interactive front-end interfaces with React or Vue.js
- Manage and optimize database queries and structures using MongoDB
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards
- Debug and resolve application errors, performance bottlenecks, and security issues
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Vue.js for front-end development
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js
- Experience working with MongoDB and designing efficient database schemas
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Experience with deployment pipelines, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Salary Range: $100,000-130,000
