The Role:
The Franchise Team is responsible for driving new revenue growth for DailyPay with franchise businesses. The Franchise team focuses on developing opportunities to generate qualified franchise lead opportunities for our sales team to close.
As an Associate Franchise Partnership Manager you will own the relationships with specific franchise brands and will identify the best way to drive growth for DailyPay's free employee benefit to the franchisees of that brand. You will use a combination of our existing channel partners, franchise associations, events, digital marketing, and corporate relationships to drive lead flow and deal velocity. You will partner closely with DailyPay's sales team to help enhance conversion and ultimately, deal closure.
You will own all aspects of the relationship with a specific franchise brand and surface new marketing and partnership opportunities to our Franchise Director. You will be responsible for attending between 6-8 franchise events per year and will partner closely with our GTM and event marketing teams to execute Dailpay's event presence. You will stay educated on how to speak about DailyPay as the market, competitive landscape, and product changes.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute strategic initiatives to drive DailyPay sales and adoption into your designated franchise brands
  • Coordinate with and manage relationships with sales counterparts at our existing channel partners to drive DailyPay sales
  • Manage strategic initiatives with our partners including sales training, joint-press campaigns, case studies, webinars, etc
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities for your franchise brands (events, lunch and learns, webinars, etc)
  • Analyze and review the performance of lead generation and sales into your designated brands, including financial analysis for QBR sessions
  • Support strategic enablement and sales initiatives with our partners and internal sales leadership
  • Represent DailyPay at franchise and partner events and conferences


What You Bring to The Team:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with franchises systems
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques for selling complex and compliant solutions
  • Outstanding organizational and people skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to maintain strong relationships and reach resolutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales/business development/strategic partnerships with a
    bonus if you've intersected with franchises

United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
