What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

  • Maintain weekly and monthly tracking of key financial metrics to support ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Deliver accurate, fast-turnaround ad hoc analyses or reports as requested.
  • Partner with Menu Strategy, Off-Premise, and Operations teams to design and implement structured tests for new business initiatives, monitor performance throughout, and deliver clear, well-supported evaluations of overall effectiveness.
  • Communicate analysis and findings clearly and proactively to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively framing insights to support decision-making.
  • Support the forecasting of sales and volume trends to inform broader business planning.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, approaching each request with professionalism, humility, and a strong sense of ownership.

Experience and Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience. 

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail. 
  • Curious and creative, with sound judgment and a genuine interest in the business drivers behind results. 
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate business needs and act proactively. 
  • Professional, team-oriented demeanor with a willingness to support team success. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Preferred 

  • Programming background or data-cleaning knowledge. Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau. 
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting principles. 
  • Familiarity with the restaurant and/or retail industry.
