As an Associate Financial Analyst, you are the linchpin of our quote-to-cash workflow, ensuring our Pricing and Finance leaders' strategic vision is accurately codified. You will serve as the dedicated technical owner for pricing contract inputs, ensuring that every client fee structure is flawlessly executed within Salesforce CPQ. Your work directly empowers our Business Development team to stay focused on growth while providing our Billing team with the pristine data required for seamless client invoicing.

Key responsibilities:

Client‑Centric

  • Execute quote generation within Salesforce CPQ to remove administrative friction from the Business Development cycle.

Product‑Led

  • Master Salesforce CPQ and Evisort functionality to ensure 100% synchronization between pricing approvals and contract storage.

Data & Measurement‑Driven

  • Audit fee structure inputs against approved pricing sheets to eliminate downstream billing discrepancies.

The Tinuiti Way

  • Coordinate with the Pricing Director and Strategic Contracts Director to ensure all commercial inputs align with internal compliance standards.

Owner Mindset

  • Take full accountability for data entry speed and accuracy, ensuring no bottleneck exists in the sales-to-billing handoff.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Effectively shares technical updates with Finance and BD peers, ensuring everyone is aligned on contract status.

  • Time Management: Balances multiple input requests simultaneously, prioritizing high-velocity deals to meet BD and Billing deadlines.

  • Action Oriented: Takes immediate initiative on delegated tasks, moving deals through the CPQ pipeline with urgency and precision.

  • Financial Acumen: Understands how P&L components (revenue/costs) are affected by input accuracy and ensures margin integrity is maintained.

  • Business/Financial Modeling: Uses Excel and Google Sheets to consolidate and scrub commercial data before finalizing system inputs.

  • Data Presentation: Communicates complex fee structures in plain language to ensure Billing and Sales have a shared understanding of the quote.

Professional & Technical Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Operations, or Data Entry (Agency or SaaS experience preferred).

  • Basic understanding of P&L statements, gross margin, and EBITDA calculations.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (ability to scrub and consolidate data sets).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM/ERP environment.

Adjacent / Nice to have

  • Experience specifically with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

  • Exposure to Evisort or other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.

  • Previous experience supporting Business Development or Sales Operations.
