Roles & Responsibility:
- Monitor receipt of Census information to completion of Compliance Tests, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 reporting and being delivered to client on a timely basis.
- Experience in retirement plan recordkeeping/administration with knowledge of IRS and Department of Labor.
- Lead the design and delivery of a portfolio of Compliance tests to monitor compliance with Regulation and internal policy
- Expert knowledge of Compliance Testing, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 of 401K plans and administration.
- Preferably ASPPA certified or equivalent.
- Conducting test checks/ testing reviews – Quarterly/Semi-annual / Annual basis
- Proven leadership, management, and direct supervisory skills.
- High level written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Develop SLAs, lead process development and improvement
- Understanding root cause / identifying control breaks
- Implementation and Organizational Change Management skills
Education and experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background
- Proven track record of working effectively in flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach
Skill Requirement:
- Should have communication skills, Problem solving and analytical skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge and preference to good working knowledge of Excel
- Must be able to adapt the assignments quickly
- Flexibility in work culture (She/he should be flexible in Day/Night shift based on business requirement)
