We are looking for a detail‑oriented finance professional to join our team as a Finance Associate. In this role, you will support day‑to‑day financial operations, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and contribute to timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, precision, and a sound understanding of both Indian and global accounting principles.
What You'll Do…
- Accurately enter, verify, and update financial data in ERP systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Review source documents to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to data entry.
- Prepare and upload accounting templates into ERP systems.
- Maintain organized records and files in both digital and physical formats.
- Generate periodic/ad‑hoc financial reports for management.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Safeguard confidentiality and security of company financial information.
What You’ll Need…
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable and/or general ledger.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting ERP systems
- Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and global accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
