Associate Finance Partner - Contract

Key Responsibility:

• The financial focal on reporting, FP&A, Budgeting for Japan country MCL Product.
• Establish strong link between financial numbers and operations.
• Connect with country Business Development, Account Management and Execution teams to partner and provide actionable insight to drive the business.
• Work with Regional Finance team on reporting & planning processes.
• Support development of investment proposals and new business wins with BD.

Must have:

• Undergraduate qualifications such as BA/BSc or equivalent in relevant Finance or Economics fields, or equivalent Professional Qualification. CA/CPA
• Strong financial understanding and analytical skills.
• Strong Japanese and English communication skills (verbal & written).

Good to have:

• Proven track record from business partnering or management consultancy environment.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working all business and functional stakeholders at various levels in the organisation.
• Strong business ethics, conducts all activities with honesty and integrity in line with company values; looks out for the best interest of the company
