Associate - Finance Operations - RTR

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to complete all General Ledger activities on time as per the agreed timelines in Service Level Agreement, assist in continuous process improvements and implement identified measures in order to drive efficiency within the team and SBU.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively be involved in continuous process improvement and implement the initiatives in order to drive efficiency within the team and SBUs.
- Ensure all GL activities are completed on time as per the agreed deadlines in Service Level Agreement and ensure an efficient and effective closing is carried out.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including SBUs and suppliers to maintain a smooth flow of the process by team.
- Support Senior team leads to plan resource needs, manage workload distribution and allocate tasks to ensure optimum operation delivery.
- Support the process or system developments in order to reduce lead times and meet organizational demands.
- Prepare any ad hoc reports or analyses as required in order to facilitate informed decision making within the organization upon the request of Senior team leaders.
Adherence to the PWC or CSA audit compliance and timelines.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Finance or Financial accounting or Economics or CIMA, ACCA or ICASL or equivalent professional qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills.
