Hilco Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Receivable & Sales Operations Associate to support critical finance and business operations functions across the organization. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable collections activities, supporting invoicing processes, maintaining sales pipeline data, and assisting with operational reporting and CRM administration.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple systems, proactively following up on outstanding receivables, and ensuring that leadership has accurate and timely information regarding revenue generation activities and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable & Collections
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Conduct collection outreach via email and phone in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Maintain accurate collection notes and records.
- Coordinate with business leaders to resolve billing disputes and payment issues.
- Prepare aging reports and provide status updates on outstanding receivables.
- Escalate delinquent accounts as appropriate.
Invoicing & Revenue Support
- Work with the Transaction Team to generate and distribute client invoices.
- Verify billing information and supporting documentation.
- Ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely.
- Track invoice status and coordinate corrections when necessary.
- Assist with monthly revenue reporting and reconciliation activities.
Sales Operations & CRM Administration
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of Salesforce opportunities and pipeline information.
- Review pipeline data for completeness and consistency.
- Assist practice leaders with opportunity updates, stage changes, and forecasting requirements.
- Generate sales pipeline and business development reports for leadership.
- Support data quality initiatives and CRM best practices.
Operational Support
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and analytics projects.
- Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support cross-functional coordination between Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
