Als Associate Finance & Accounting Specialist m/w/d unterstützt du die zentralen Finanzprozesse im gesamten Unternehmen mit klarem Fokus auf Accounting Reporting und ERP Prozesse. Du übernimmst eine aktive Rolle bei der Sicherstellung korrekter Finanzdaten unterstützt Budgetierung und Reporting und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance Team und externen Partnern wirkst du an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Finanzprozessen mit und erhältst Einblicke in ein breites Spektrum an Accounting und Controlling Themen einschließlich Förderungen und projektbezogenem Financial Tracking.
Deine Aufgaben als Associate Finance & Accounting Specialist m/w/d bei Cubicure:
- Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Eingangs und Ausgangsrechnungen im ERP System
- Unterstützung der Accounting Prozesse gemeinsam mit dem Steuerberater und dem lokalen Finance Team
- Mithilfe bei Monats und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Reporting Aktivitäten
- Mitwirkung bei Budgetierung und Finanzplanung
- Bearbeitung Vorbereitung und Überwachung von Accounting und Controlling Aktivitäten im ERP System
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Finanz und Stammdaten im CRM und ERP System Kunden und Lieferanten
- Recherche im Bereich Finanzen und Förderungen
- Unterstützung bei Themen der Kostenrechnung
- Support im Intercompany Accounting
- Mitarbeit bei steuerrelevanten Aufgaben und Dokumentationsprüfungen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses
- Unterstützung beim Einkauf bei Bedarf
- Mithilfe bei administrativen und logistikbezogenen Aufgaben zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft
Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise
- 1 bis 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance oder Wirtschaft oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Grundkenntnisse im Accounting AP AR Reporting und Controlling
- Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen wie SAP BMD oder vergleichbar
- Hohe Genauigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Belastbar und in der Lage in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Teamorientiert mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse

Skills Required

- Completed degree in finance/economics or commercial apprenticeship
