Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist whose organizations focus on building world-class products to enhance both our client and banker experiences, with consideration and respect for building and fostering deeper relationships across Wells Fargo. You will join a fast-paced, high-impact team where you will play a key role in ensuring both executives manage their time, products, travel, and events efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will:
- Provide a high level of professional support, including a balance of experienced executive-level administrative work and ongoing ad-hoc projects and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports.
- Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions.
- Support projects and critical initiatives
- Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning.
- Act as an information source on group and company policies.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Interact with external partners, customers, and vendors.

- Contribute to the success of large-scale, high-impact initiatives.
- Build your professional network inside one of America's largest banks
- 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience supporting executives in a large retail or financial company.
- Experience of managing projects or events.
- Experience influencing executives' organizational routines.
- Experience managing domestic and international corporate travel arrangements and expenses.
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling priorities.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Initiative to identify problems and propose solutions without always being directed.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team to assist in prioritization.
- Proficiency in using MS Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to support executive-level status and presentations.
- Hybrid Schedule 3 days per week in office

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
