In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-level administrative support to senior leadership and multiple executives, while managing daily logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications with precision and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Provide professional support by balancing executive-level administrative tasks with ad hoc projects and business initiatives, such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and generating routine reports.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate extensive travel arrangements, and handle high volumes of documentation with accuracy.
- Act as a key information resource on departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Receive direction from leadership while exercising sound judgment within defined parameters and continue developing expertise within the centralized administrative team.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve team goals.
- Interact professionally with external clients and partners, representing the organization with a high level of service and discretion.
- 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience supporting multiple executives in a matrixed structure.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in executive interactions.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Experienced knowledge of Concur and other administrative tools used for travel and expense management.
- Strong executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders, including complex calendar management, travel coordination (domestic/international), expense reporting, and meeting/event planning
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and anticipate needs
