Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to support the Business Execution and Product Management Organization with Cards and Personal Lending. Cards is responsible for designing, delivering, and operating products, customer experiences, decisioning strategies, and business processes that power how customers pay, access credit, and engage with Wells Fargo every day. Teams operate at significant scale and partner across Product, Business Enablement, Analytics, Risk, Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
In this role, you will:
- Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
- Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
- Support projects
- Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
- Act as information source on group and company policies
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
- Exceptional customer service standards
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with Senior leadership and other team members
- Ability to articulate clearly and concisely in both written and oral communication
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to situations quickly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Responds to requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Demonstrates sound judgment when problem solving
- Works well in a team environment; demonstrates respect and collaboration
- Ability and willingness to collaborate with teammates to ensure appropriate support and coverage
- Serves as an extension of senior leadership adapting to a culture of partnership, teamwork, results orientation, and professionalism
- Demonstrates proficiency with Domestic and International travel; Concur experience preferred
- Ability to manage and process reports, maintaining financial efficiencies and reducing costs
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality practices and guidelines

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
