Job DescriptionThe Associate is an entry-level role. The role holder combines both learning and delivering of low-to-medium complex payment processes and all related activities (except the review).
The work of the Associate will be reviewed by the Associate Manager and/or the Manager depending on whether 6-eyes review or 4-eyes review is required.
All work delivered need to be accurate, well-presented and meet quality standards.
What You'll Do:
- You will receive and process payment requests from the Client Service team with accuracy and efficiency
- You will manage intra-group transfers, refunds, and core/non-core recurring fees such as Audit, Legal, and Administration charges
- You will process third-party payments including professional fees, loan repayments, and associated interest payments
- You will maintain company physical files and documents in proper order within compacters, safes, and filing cabinets
- You will ensure protection of information assets and comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) protocols at IQ-EQ MU

About you:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or part-qualified status with ICSA or ACCA
- You have 1–2 years' relevant experience in billing, finance, or a similar administrative role
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) at a competent level
- You are fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
- You demonstrate strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
