What will you do at Infobip?

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Communication Management: Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executives, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Prioritization Management: Determine priority of matters of attention for the executive team; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate. Keep the Management advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access to information and confidentiality. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
  • Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and create comprehensive summaries for distribution among team members, fostering effective communication and follow-up.
  • Efficieny managing: A bond between management and other functions/departments to optimize communication and requests coming their way, interfering where necessary to provide efficiency and productivity for all stakeholders
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and manage corporate events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and team members to facilitate cross-functional projects and enhance teamwork.

 

More about you:

  • Education: Bachelor or master degree in a relevant degree program, such as Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using various software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication platforms.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, showing initiative and a positive attitude.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and offer practical solutions.
  • Team Player: Possess a collaborative mindset, willing to contribute and support team members across different functions.
