The Associate, Strategic Growth Marketing plays a hands-on role in bringing PIMCO’s strategic growth marketing to life across ETFs, Alternatives, and future priority areas.  This person will not only help build smarter, more scalable ways of working, but also drive execution that shows up in market, developing web experiences, activating email journeys, managing collateral, coordinating creative production, and helping campaigns move from idea to impact. 

The role is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to two of the fastest-growing product areas in the industry while building modern marketing skills across digital, content, campaign, and channel activation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage website updates and digital content execution across growth market initiatives.
  • Support audience segmentation and list management.
  • Oversee collateral development to keep marketing materials current, organized, and accessible firmwide.
  • Partner on consistent reporting frameworks that help measure campaign performance and inform optimization.
  • Develop and manage email journeys that support and nurture advisor engagement with growth products.
  • Coordinate creative production across internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Support sales teams by streamlining communications and ensuring the field has clear, timely access to key growth markets materials and updates.
  • Lead integration of strategic growth markets key initiatives into PIMCO’s Advisor Forum and account-based marketing activations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably with exposure to financial services / fixed income
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency, mine insights, streamline workflows, and enhance execution across marketing activities
  • Strong project management discipline with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to manage and “connect the dots” multiple moving pieces at once
  • Comfort working independently and across functions in a fast-paced environment, building process where needed, and working within complex marketing workflows
  • Comfort and proficiency with Excel and spreadsheet applications, including basic functions, error checking, and list management
  • Confidence and professionalism in working with senior stakeholders; the ability to socialize and lead among sales and product partners
  • Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.


Salary Range: $ 87,000.00 - $ 93,000.00
