Position Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Equity Derivatives Sales Associate. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Equity Derivatives to support revenue growth and client development efforts in the Singapore market. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable exposure to the sales process, product knowledge, and client interactions.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Support senior team members in marketing and sales efforts of derivative products to overseas investors including high net worth individuals, Family Offices, investment companies.
Provide client with market colour, sales commentary and research services
Arrange conference calls/meeting and address client inquiry in a timely manner
Communicate with clients on daily basis and pitch research based trade ideas
Involve in all aspects of client Onboarding, trading, post trade services
Work closely with trading, structuring and prime service team to find solutions and expand cross border business
Collaborate with different business lines to identify and promote cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proven track record of success in equity derivatives sales or institutional sales in Singapore market, with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of equity derivatives products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
