Brief Job Description

The Product Engineer will be responsible in delivering and driving improvement activities on Supplier manufacturing factories. He/She will primarily deal with strategic improvement initiatives providing technical assistance on yield improvement projects to increase product yields as well as minimize scrap costs, product characterization driven by new product requirement and/or post release activities, test time reduction and process flow simplifications in adherence to alleviate capacity constraints and product qualification work driven by new material, fab or new process evaluation that results to reduction of full factory cost. He/She will also be responsible for sustaining the product performance and yield management in Supplier manufacturing factories.

Key Qualifications

Proficient in Product Testing, Statistical Tools (JMP, PDF Exensio Test/Yield), Failure Analysis, and Debug Techniques

Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in analysis of both analog and digital circuitry

Proficient in using Teradyne, Flex, NI, and Eagle testers including C++, C#, Visual Basic , 

Reliable and dedicated with ability to work individually and cross-functional teams. 

Education and Experience

Graduate of BS/MS Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering

New graduate and/or with 1 year experience in Electronics Engineering function

Good scholastic records with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements

Familiarity with Catalyst tester and LabView programming will be an added advantage

Good verbal and written communication skills
