Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated individual to be Test Product Engineers in various key areas. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute in a dynamic, global environment.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide Manufacturing Support/Sustaining by addressing issues and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Contribute to Cost Reduction initiatives such as Yield Improvements and Test Time Reductions by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
  • Handling Material Disposition to ensure accurate and efficient movement of materials.
  • Perform Manufacturing Control Hit Validation to ensure proper disposition and handling of materials.
  • Monitoring and enhancing Product Performance by collecting and analyzing data to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
  • Support New Product Releases by coordinating with cross functional teams including manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure all release requirements and timelines are met.
  • Provide Failure Analysis Support by investigating and resolving issues promptly.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in compiling, assimilating, and organizing printed and electronic information effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively in both written and oral forms.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when provided detailed guidance.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule to meet operational needs.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a global, multi-functional team environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Experience with semiconductor test and/or bench equipment is an advantage.
