Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations, oversee manufacturing productivity (cycle time, throughput, UPH), support automated assembly tools, assist capacity modeling with industrial engineering, drive efficiency and quality improvements, ensure EHS compliance, and collaborate on projects and process improvements under general supervision.

• Provides oversite and guidance of operational activities in ensuring productive use of manufacturing, process and equipment to meet the daily targets and operational goals - Cycle time, Throughput, Prototype success and Fabout - Shipment Plan
• Supports automated assembly tools to support manufacturing processes
• Supports engineering and industrial engineering for accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constraints and UPH are used in the tools capacity modeling
• Drives manufacturing efficiencies, quality and productivity improvements
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
