Job Descriptions:
- Lead, manage and train a team of Waferfab Operators and Technician in the day-to-day operations to meet daily production targets.
- Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity.
- Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.
- Plan out manpower training to increase shift deployment flexibility.
- Engage specialists at regularly to feedback on performance as well as understand difficulties faced & identify potential areas for improvement.
- Identify potential human error issues in the fab and work on corrective/preventive actions.
- Present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focus.
- Resolve and handle line-related, preventive maintenance issues and understand all equipment capacity/constraint issues so as to be able to identify, implement temporary solutions and work with Engineering team to resolve them.
- Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel.
- Ensure proper documentation and data-integrity.
