Location: Hung Hum Office
Employment: 1-year contract (For internal application, only short-term employment contract’s terms and condition will be offered for this position regardless of job applicant’s current job category)
Job Responsible :
- Responsible and support the 7x24 IT Monitoring Centre operations, Data Centre operations and facilities.
- Perform event monitoring (IT infrastructures and application performance) and 1st tier troubleshooting and support
- Execute operations and support defined activities, for examples: system/batch jobs processing, systems and services health check, reports generation, etc
- Proactively assist the operations team in carrying out the objectives.
- Implement ad-hoc tasks and support as needed
- 7x24 shift works is required
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- 2+ years of experience in IT industry preferred, fresh graduate is also welcome
- Exposure to cloud and virtualization technologies, IT professional certification (ITIL, Azure, Windows, Linux, Service management tools, etc) is an advantage.
- Programming skills such as PowerShell, Python is an advantage.
- Tools and technologies experience can be, and not limited to: (Splunk, Datadog, Azure Monitor)
- Willing to learn new technologies, automate repeated tasks, good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independent with good sense of responsibilities
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
