Designation: Associate Engineer II - ATP & Training

Job Description:

Purpose/Scope of the role:

Create training contents and prepare technical literatures such as User Handbook, training SOPs, checklists, presentations,

Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, Computer Based Training, online manuals, and assisting in operator training process as a backup instructor.

Primary/ Specific Responsibilities:

• Preparation of User Handbook, getting reviewed and CMS release of the same.

• Preparation of CBT (Computer Based Training), IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) as per the project requirements.

• Conversion of existing user manuals to online version using MK docs or other relevant tools.

• Learning the operational concepts of Asteria’s Quadcopters, Hybrid VTOLs and other products which will be introduced in future.

• Coordination with Project team and Engineering teams for recent updates in the harware/ software and updating the same in the technical literature.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive PowerPoint presentations and infographics for instructor-led sessions.

•Assisting product training activities on Asteria’s Unmanned Aircraft Systems.

•Generating reports, correspondence & maintaining training records, files & batch folder.

•Maintain organized archives and version control of all digital documentation and training assets.

•Involve in timely audit of assets belonging to the ATP & Training division

Key Performance Results (KPRs)Prepare technical literature which involves User Handbook, online manuals, IETM, CBT as per the project requirements

Skills Required

Prepare User Handbooks and obtain CMS release
Author Computer Based Training (CBT) and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM)
Convert existing user manuals to online versions using MkDocs or similar tools
Understand operational concepts of quadcopters, hybrid VTOLs and other UAS products
Coordinate with project and engineering teams to update technical literature
