The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated DevOps engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the deployment, management, and maintenance of our Saas infrastructure. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our cloud-based systems.
How You Will Make An Impact
Cloud Infrastructure Management:

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud.
  • Monitor and maintain cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Implement and manage automation tools for provisioning and configuration.

Operations and Support:

  • Provide support for cloud infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity.

Optimization and Cost Management:

  • Optimize cloud resource usage to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze cloud spending, providing recommendations for cost savings.
  • Prepare the cost saving reports and budget projections.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to integrate cloud solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Document processes, procedures, and best practices.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect cloud infrastructure and data.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments.

What You Bring to The Team

  • Bachelor's Degree in , IT or Computers Engineering or equivalent degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with hands-on technical skills on Server/OS management, Network management, Cloud migration and deployment, Database and Middleware management, full lifecycle Enterprise Software Development.
  • Working experience in AWS services like EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, ELB, Security groups,cloudwatch. 
  • Strong knowledge on AWS billing and cost management
  • Solid understanding of administering Unix-based and Linux operating systems.
  • Must have experience with revision control systems like Gitlab,GitHub & CI/CD Unit testing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Tools including Jenkins, GitRunner, Chet/Puppet, Splunk, etc.
  • 2+ years in managing large scale Cloud infrastructure, preferable AWS, Docker, and
  • Kubernetes, terraform

Nice to have skills

  • Fluency in one or more scripting languages such as Python and Shell.
  • Exposure to Cloud services, sound knowledge of static code analysis tools like SonarQube, GitPrime, Flow, etc., and security vulnerability assessment tools.
  • Experience in configuring and managing databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Working experience with managing and deploying NGINX and Apache2.
  • Knowledge of SSL certificates, public and private keys, etc.
  • Working experience with application monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, New Relic, etc.
  • Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services.
  • Knowledge in supporting Node.js and Angular development applications.
