Overview:

The Global Technical Solutions (GTS) organization brings employees together across Collins that work on Electronic Computer-Aided Design (ECAD), Mechanical Computer-Aided Design (MCAD), Technical Publications and services supporting the authoring of technical documentation.

This position is responsible for coordinating the Inter-Entity Work Authorization (IWA) process, which is key to instituting a One Collins approach and in facilitating Engineering work being performed across different Cost Account Segments (CAS).  This position will also be responsible for coordinating supplier contract agreement administrative tasks and deliverables. This position will also be responsible for working cross functionally with different internal GTS teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist teams in tracking and coordinating IWA tasks and deliverables

Assist teams in tracking and coordinating supplier contract agreement administrative tasks and deliverables

Collaborating with Program Engineering, Value Steam Leaders, Finance, and when required Contracts and Global Trade personnel

Gathering the inputs needed to create the IWA, in accordance with the Inter-Entity Transfer Procedure (COL-FIN-PRO-0007).
Driving the IWA through the approval process .

Assist in the development and maintenance of related standard work.

Coordinate and compile reports and construct simple databases, spreadsheets, diagrams and PowerPoint presentations as required.

Assist teams managing bidding and estimation workflow.

Working Environment:

• Position is located in the North Gate, Bangalore, India office.
• Will interface with GTS ECAD, MCAD, Techdocs and PMO.

Candidates Must Have:

3 to 4 years of professional experience working in an administrative environment

Process and detail oriented
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate with different teams and functions to meet project goals
