The Associate Engagement Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of associate engagement initiatives, with a focus on associate advocacy. This position is responsible for modeling strategies that align with the culture, vision, and mission of the company. This is a "hands-on" position and may be required to work different shifts on occasion in order to meet the needs of all associates on all shifts.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or General Education Degree GED required; Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university preferred. Minimum of two to three years related experience preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:Must be very organized and possess a strict attention to detail. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. Must possess strong skills in MS Excel (charts, reports, etc.). Must have excellent skills in MS Office Products, such as Word and PowerPoint. Gaming experience preferred. Must possess good time management skills.
