The Associate Employee Relations Representative partners with leaders and team members across the organization to provide support to related areas such as (but not limited to): workplace investigations, violations of policy, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, employee exits, and employee wellbeing concerns. This role oversees tracking and reporting ER-related data and metrics, which is used to identify trends and develop action plans.
Essential Responsibilities:
35% - Provide administrative support to senior ER representatives, including assisting with investigation logistics, tracking report follow up,and processing disciplinary actions in workday. Responsible for monitoring and reporting employment related metrics such as exit surveys of terminated employees and turnover data.
35% - Serve as a resource for managers and team members when employment-related concerns arise. Answer basic policy questions via email and phone. Triage more complex concerns to ER representatives as appropriate.
20% - Compile information for unemployment responses, ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation.
10% - Assist Employee Relations Manager with projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
High School Diploma
Preferred Education & Experience (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
1-2 years prior experience in Human Resources involving policy application and administration.
Comprehensive understanding of employment related laws & regulations.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
