You will typically have 3+ years’ experience within an eDiscovery, digital forensics, or litigation support team and be comfortable managing large datasets and working directly with clients and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage leading eDiscovery platforms, including RelativityOne, Nuix, and other document review and analytics technologies, to process, analyse, and produce electronically stored information (ESI).
  • Conduct digital forensic collections from a variety of sources including laptops, servers, cloud platforms (M365, Google Workspace), mobile devices, and enterprise systems, ensuring best-practice forensic procedures are followed.
  • Maintain chain of custody documentation and ensure the defensibility and integrity of collected data throughout the evidence lifecycle.
  • Assist with the processing, culling, deduplication, and analytics of large datasets, including the use of email threading, concept clustering, technology assisted review (TAR), and other advanced analytics techniques.
  • Support litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations by preparing datasets for review, managing productions, and ensuring compliance with agreed disclosure protocols.
  • Prepare clear and concise technical reports, workflows, and documentation detailing data collection methods, processing methodologies, and findings.
  • Work collaboratively with legal teams, investigation specialists, and data analytics professionals to support complex cross-border matters.
  • Engage with clients and legal counsel to understand data sources, investigative objectives, and discovery requirements.
  • Provide guidance to junior analysts and review teams, supporting best practices in data handling, processing, and platform workflows.
  • Assist with project management of multiple concurrent matters, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
  • Contribute to internal innovation and process improvement, including automation, workflow optimisation, and the implementation of new investigative technologies.
  • Support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, technical demonstrations, and participation in sector events where appropriate.

Requirements
  • Typically 3+ years’ experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or litigation support, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Digital Forensics, Information Security, Law, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms such as RelativityOne, Nuix, Reveal, or similar technologies.
  • Practical experience performing forensic data collections, including knowledge of forensic tools and best practices for preserving electronic evidence.
  • Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and the lifecycle of electronic evidence.
  • Experience managing large volumes of structured and unstructured data across multiple custodians and data sources.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and investigative findings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing technical reports and client deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scripting, data analytics, or automation tools would be advantageous.
  • Professional certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), EnCE, GCFA, or similar would be beneficial but are not essential.
