Kroll is seeking an Associate in its Discovery & Analytics Solutions practice supporting its global eDiscovery delivery operations. This role focuses on executing foundational discovery tasks while developing technical, analytical, and professional skills within a structured team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day eDiscovery tasks including data processing, workspace administration, review support, and productions.
Perform quality control checks and follow established workflows and procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation related to assigned tasks and matters.
Escalate issues or discrepancies promptly to Senior Associates or Managers.
Participate in training and skill development initiatives.
Essential Traits & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Legal Studies, or related field.
Experience: Typically, 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related technology roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with eDiscovery concepts and platforms (Relativity exposure a plus).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
