As the Associate Director of Finance Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic evolution of the finance function within a dynamic, hybrid environment. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and drive finance transformation initiatives, collaborating closely with finance teams and consulting partners to shape and deliver future-ready finance capabilities. This position calls for a thoughtful leader who can bridge technical finance knowledge, systems integration, and process optimization, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. You will be instrumental in streamlining processes, deploying best-in-class ERP solutions, and fostering innovative approaches that enable operational excellence and measurable business impact.

RequirementsExperience Required
·       Experience working in Finance organizations or consulting organizations, advising finance business on one or more of the following areas: (Common Information Model, Chart of Accounts Design, Financial Data & System Integration, Reports and KPI Rationalization, Finance Analytics, Finance Process Reengineering/Redesign, Financial Close Optimization, Transformation Roadmap and Business Case Development)

·        Strong understanding of Finance end to end processes and the ability to align ERP ‘out of box’ functionality with desired Finance future state capabilities

·         Strong understanding of ERP/systems aligned to at least one critical business process (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Specialized Finance, Business Finance/ FP&A)

·         Exceptional communication and presentation skills and executive presence to engage internal and client stakeholders effectively to drive design consensus and key program decisions

·       Strong foundation in core consulting skills such as problem-solving, strategic thinking and robust proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

·       Include excel and ppt exceptional ppt and story boarding skills

·       Ability to navigate in complex global transformations engagements and go-getter mindset to deliver within the timeline



Preferred Experience:

·      Bachelors/Masters  with  7 -10 years of relevant Finance Operations/ Transformation experience

·       Experienced with Agile program delivery

·       Strong experience on Finance processes (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Specialized Finance, Business Finance/ FP&A)

·       Ability to translate technology functionality into process improvements

·       Strong Finance functional specialization in at least one ERP is preferred (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics)

·     Ability to define and dialogue on benefits of technology solutions and its impact on business and Finance processes


·       Practical experience in Finance Operations, Finance system transformation, FP&A, or EPM

·      Experience with ‘Finance in a Digital World’ technologies such as process automation through robotics, predictive analytics, and visualization etc.

·      Strong understanding of industry specific finance process depth in one or more key industries such as Consumer & Industrial Products, Financial Services Industry, Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications, Life Sciences & HealthCare (e.g., IFRS, Revenue Recognition, RIM to Cost Accounting etc.)

·       Strong foundation in core consulting skills such as problem-solving, strategic thinking, effective communication and robust proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

·       Exposure to working in non-India Geographies (preferably the US) and/ or interacting with Global stakeholders
