The Role

Provide detailed direction on key technical and marketing tasks to launch an offering feature, offering, or collection of offerings. Work collaboratively with development leaders, offering architects, designers, and key customers to appropriately package features into offering releases and ensure offering designs reflect business objectives. Understand high-level technical building blocks, business cases, and pricing models. Define the pricing structures, and business cases for new investments, provide direction and content to offering marketing for sales and marketing collateral creation. Define the value proposition, differentiators, and global competitive strategy for offerings. Define the target revenue, sales, and profit margins of offerings and manage the organization to meet goals. Drive customer validation through beta programs, and confirming requirements are addressed by the delivered solution. Demonstrate offering capabilities and value proposition to external stakeholders (customers, partners, and analysts), analyse feedback to identify potential gaps or opportunities, and make recommendations on how to address them. Negotiate offering contracts with development teams, drive cross-functional collaborative efforts to meet offering schedule commitments, and manage the plan of delivery including associated risks. Work with development and marketing to deliver digital assets in support of always-on marketing and digital engagement, such as interactive demos, trials/evaluations, and user forums/communities. Utilize: Microservices architecture, Okta, Azure Active Directory, Power BI, Azure DevOps and Kubernetes.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, $255,944 per year.

Who You Are

Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field and one (1) year of experience as a Program Manager or related work experience.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field plus five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master’s degree, and one (1) year of experience as a Program Manager or related work epxerience.

One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Microservices architecture, Okta, Azure Active Directory, Power BI, Azure DevOps and Kubernetes.

The position requires travel to various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the U.S. When not required on-site, 100% telecommuting permitted.
