We are looking for an experienced real estate professional to join our Land & Capital Markets team to drive land acquisition and disposition transactions across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of originating, executing, and closing complex land transactions involving developers, corporates, family offices, institutions and private landowners. The individual must possess deep market relationships, strong commercial acumen and the ability to independently source mandates and conclude transactions.

Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
  • Identify and originate land transaction opportunities across Mumbai and MMR.
  • Develop relationships with:
    • Real estate developers
    • Corporate landowners
    • Industrial companies
    • Family offices
    • HNIs/UHNWIs
    • Land aggregators
    • Institutional investors
  • Secure exclusive and non-exclusive mandates for land disposition and acquisitions.
Transaction ExecutionLead end-to-end execution of land transactions including:
  • Outright land sales
  • Joint Ventures (JV)
  • Joint Development (JD)
  • Development Management (DM) structures
  • Structured development transactions
  • Corporate land monetization
  • Industrial land dispositions
  • Redevelopment opportunities where applicable
Responsibilities include:
  • Commercial negotiations
  • Buyer identification
  • Deal structuring & Financial analysis
  • Coordination with legal, technical and valuation teams

  • 10–15 years of experience in land transactions within:
    • International Property Consultancy (IPC)
    • Reputed Indian property consultancy
    • Developer land acquisition team
    • Capital markets advisory
  • Demonstrated history of successfully closing land transactions.
Mandatory ExperienceCandidates should have independently worked on transactions involving:
  • Joint Venture (JV)/ Joint Development (JD)
  • Development Management (DM)
  • Outright land sales
  • Corporate land dispositions
  • Individual/family-owned land sales
  • Institutional land transactions
