We are seeking a Design Manager (SG29) / Senior UX Manager to lead experience strategy and execution for complex digital products across multiple platforms and/or the full business and technology stack.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: strategy, design, development, release, and iteration
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, and business teams while aligning with portfolio leadership
- Conduct market and competitive analysis and define product features aligned with customer needs and business objectives
- Support go-to-market activities with clear product positioning, narratives, and documentation
- Incorporate customer and market insights to continuously refine product direction
- Lead AI-driven product design and prototyping efforts
- Define and scale UX guidelines, standards, and best practices across teams
- Mentor and guide designers, providing subject matter expertise, constructive feedback, and quality oversight
- Guide and direct UX practitioners
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 14+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, Experience Architecture, Interaction Design, or related fields
- Experience building products in US healthcare analytics domain
- Solid experience with usability testing, stakeholder workshops, and design sprint facilitation
- Experience defining and driving UX strategy and product roadmaps aligned to measurable outcomes
- Exposure to security and privacy considerations and ability to collaborate on compliant product solutions
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG / Section 508) and inclusive design practices
- Proven leadership in complex, multi-channel/platform product initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through storytelling, communication, and structured decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience partnering with Data Science / ML teams and defining success metrics for AI-driven experiences
- Proven experience in team management and leadership, including hiring, coaching, performance feedback, and career development
