About the Role:
As Associate Director, Treasury and E-Payment Operations, you will take ownership of a business-critical function at Redcare, ensuring smooth and scalable cash and payment operations across our fast-growing e-commerce platform.
You will lead and further develop our treasury and e-payment operations, driving performance, improving processes, and building strong structures in a dynamic environment. Working closely with Finance and Tech, you’ll play a key role in enabling growth through reliable liquidity management and seamless payment experiences.
Job DescriptionAbout your tasks:
- Lead and develop a team of ~6, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
- Own daily treasury operations, including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
- Ensure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment
- Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency
- Drive hands-on improvements of processes and systems in close collaboration with Tech/IT
About you:
- 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- First leadership experience with a strong hands-on, “lead by example” mindset
- Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
- Experience working with ERP and payment systems, and collaborating with Tech teams
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with the ambition to improve and build
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- German language skills are a plus
