Marsh Corporate is seeking candidates to join our Talent Acquisition based in the Pune / Mumbai / NCR office. This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office at least three days a week.
Associate Director – Talent Acquisition (Early Career)

The Talent Acquisition function within People Experience is divided into three core regions and covers recruitment across Early Careers, Experienced Hiring, Executive Search, TA Operations and Contingent Labor with teams aligned to support a region and / or business unit. Our core recruiting teams are comprised of Recruitment Delivery Managers, Lead Talent Acquisition Consultants (TACs), Senior TACs, TACs, and Sourcing Specialists.
What can you expect?
The incumbent in this role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for Early Career talent within their designated country and/or region. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and business leaders to develop accurate Early Career workforce forecasts and to design targeted school and university engagement strategies and attraction campaigns that align with the Colleague Value Proposition.
They will partner with business stakeholders to define assessment criteria and selection strategies, craft comprehensive job descriptions, and guide the recruitment process through candidate assessment, interviewing, and offer stages. This role will also manage candidate engagement through effective keep-warm strategies and communications, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
Additionally, the role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and the Early Career programme team to support ongoing talent acquisition objectives. They will also be tasked with analysing recruitment metrics and delivering regular performance reports to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create precise job descriptions that accurately capture the required skills and experience for each position
- Utilizing diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to identify qualified candidates
- Evaluating resumes, applications and on demand video interviews to shortlist candidates who meet the specified role requirements
- Leading virtual and in-person interviews, as well as organizing SuperDay events, to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Delivering employment offers with candidates and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key business stakeholders, People Function colleagues, and Early Careers program teams to understand staffing needs, deliver recruitment solutions, and promote a unified Early Careers value proposition
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including school engagement initiatives, insight events, diversity and inclusion programs, and conversion targets.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify improvement opportunities and providing regular reports to senior management
- Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to ensure recruitment strategies remain effective and competitive
- Cultivate and enhance the Marsh brand among Early Career Talent by actively engaging with campuses through career fairs and other relationship-building activities.
- Oversee Early Career internship programs to ensure they are well-structured, provide meaningful projects, and offer growth opportunities across various business areas, with a focus on identifying talent for full-time conversion.
What you need to have:
- At least 12+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
- Substantial experience in Early Career recruitment, University relations, end to end campus hiring management
- Proficiency in working with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrating expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and diverse stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals.
- Proficiency using a range of recruitment technology and sourcing tools
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Education institutions
