Position Description
Responsible for supporting the CITIC CLSA Capital Partners (CPs) management team in the Strategy & Business Development activities of the Capital Partners alternative investment management business. This position will be hired in Hong Kong and marketing/ investor relations related business trips are expected as normal working model.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Take an important role for the fundraising campaign for Capital Partners’ alternative investment strategies
Maintain effective relationship with primary market target clients, LPs, GPs
Group cooperation and coordination, liaison with various departments, subsidiaries and stakeholders within Capital Partners, CITIC CLSA and CITIC Securities
Produce marketing materials and conduct business development analysis, provide recommendations for improvement
Manage business road-show, client meeting and events
Take business trips for business development
Requirements
Master degree holder in finance/ accounting/ business with at least 6 years of work experience in financial industry
Prior working with placement agents, experience in USD PE fund raising is a plus
Strong project and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across various levels of seniority within a large organization
Native in Mandarin and proficient in English, Cantonese is a plus
Previous/existing SFC license holder
Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and a good team player
