Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Associate Director to drive strategic growth for the NIQ Sales & Trade Hub. This individual contributor role is responsible for identifying and closing high-value opportunities, developing executive-level client relationships, and shaping commercial strategies across key markets. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while partnering closely with local commercial leaders, account teams, and cross-functional experts to deliver integrated solutions that drive client value and business growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing strategic business opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
  • Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts, building long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead executive-level consultative engagements to uncover client business challenges and develop tailored solutions leveraging the NIQ Sales & Trade Hub portfolio.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand share of wallet, accelerate growth, and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Partner with local commercial leaders, account development teams, and subject matter experts to position integrated solutions and drive enterprise-wide opportunities.
  • Influence commercial strategy by providing market intelligence, competitive insights, pricing recommendations, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead large-scale proposal development, business cases, and executive presentations for strategic projects and enterprise accounts.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, sales pipeline visibility, and opportunity management through CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Represent NIQ Sales & Trade Hub at industry events, executive briefings, and client workshops to enhance market presence, thought leadership, and lead generation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders, helping shape go-to-market strategies and commercial priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 6-8+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial strategy within B2B, data & analytics, market research, SaaS, consulting, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing enterprise accounts and closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong consultative selling capabilities with experience engaging and influencing Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic account growth plans and drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent negotiation, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.
