The Role

Position Summary

Working closely with project team and creative department on daily problem-solution aspects. Responsible for research, and planning, insights. Inspire creative work for Awards (both on existing accounts and proactive initiatives).

Key Responsibilities

  • Clear understanding of client’s business objectives and advertising strategy.
  • To lead the integrated insights and strategic planning for clients’ business, in a way consistent with the agency’s goal of bringing a strong analytical knowledge
    - Innovative ideas
    - Business Opportunities expanding offerings from the specialist teams – Digital, Social Media, Outdoor etc.
  • To work with clients and give them deeper insights into the dynamics of their business through the development of marketing and market analysis.
  • Responsible for competitive ad scan and analysis. Provide critique of the ad-strategy and creative.
  • Conduct primary research on projects briefed by the client.
  • Thorough understanding on client’s Brand Tracking study to inform advertising effectiveness.
  • Oversee quarterly reports to clients.
  • Lead new business development and pitches.
  • Knowledge driver for agency to train and drive strategic planning. Including digital & audience tools.
  • Continue to develop and implement standardized strategic planning tools to foster consistency over time and across projects.
  • Staying up to date with current industry trends & innovative solutions.
  • Constantly train and coach junior members, conveying advanced skills
  • Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum certification on Diploma / Degree in Mass communication or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Strategic planning, ideation, and in Advertising agency.
  • Good Communication and presentation skills
  • Careful and meticulous, willing to learn and adapt.
  • A self-starter and a team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Able to work within timelines.
  • Confident and able to handle demanding situations professionally.
  • Need to be independent and run the business.
