Kyverna is recruiting the Associate Director, Strategic Planning & Operations in its Partnerships & Alliances organization to help advance its mission to free patients from the siege of autoimmune disease. The ideal candidate will contribute to our goals of navigating what’s next in synthetic biology, immunology and cell engineering while living our core values: bring intellectual humility, elevate each other, and stay true to why.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development of target product profiles and field early market research to inform long term strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain long term forecasts for the Kyverna portfolio.
- Optimize and maintain an effective competitive intelligence program, ensuring strategic insights are regularly and effectively communicated to stakeholders.
- Support the development of strategic assessments and presentations for the portfolio and across key functional areas across the company.
- Provide strategic inputs to Global Market Access and Business Development.
- Providing operational support to various areas of the business where needed.
- Ensures compliance requirements are adhered to.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; masters degree preferred
- 5+ years of new product planning, market planning/research, or strategic planning at an established biopharmaceutical or medical device company
- Cell or gene therapy experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience as the direct owner of the long-term forecast model
- Effective oral presentation and written communication skills are necessary
- Demonstrated capacity to think creatively when addressing complex situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Business Development, Research, and other internal function
- Clear communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership teams.
- Self-starter, works effectively in teams
