Job Title: Associate Director, Strategic Adoption (Change Enablement)
About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Adoption to join our team in a remote capacity located on the East Coast. As an Associate Director, Strategic Adoption, you will play a pivotal role in advancing strategic transformation initiatives across Parexel by driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustainable behavior change. This position is critical to enabling the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, innovations, and enterprise-wide transformation efforts that support the future of clinical research. Working closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute organizational change management strategies that accelerate adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is especially important in supporting Parexel's Artificial Intelligence Enablement and Innovation Center of Excellence teams, helping build AI literacy, encourage responsible AI use, and foster sustained adoption across the organization. You will join a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where your expertise will directly influence enterprise transformation, employee engagement, AI adoption, communications strategy, learning enablement, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational readiness activities for enterprise transformation programs and strategic initiatives
- Develop and execute integrated change enablement plans aligning stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and reinforcement activities
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and risk evaluations
- Identify barriers to adoption and implement mitigation strategies
- Partner with functional leaders to embed changes into business-as-usual operations
- Establish adoption metrics and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with AI Enablement and Innovation CoE teams to accelerate AI adoption
- Support AI initiatives through communications, learning, readiness, and engagement activities
- Create executive presentations, newsletters, leadership communications, and success stories
- Facilitate ambassador, champion, and stakeholder networks
- Support Transformation Enablement CoE standards, methodologies, and capability building
- Serve as a trusted advisor on change readiness, engagement, and adoption best practices
Candidate Profile

- Experience supporting executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams
- Experience conducting stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption planning
- Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in change methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, CCMP, or similar frameworks
- Experience supporting AI, digital, analytics, automation, or innovation programs
- Experience managing employee communities and ambassador networks
- Experience maintaining SharePoint sites and enterprise communications channels
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, or highly regulated industries
