In this role, you will help shape and deliver innovative Content Enablement (MLR & DAM, Authoring, Planning) products for Novartis International business teams.Your primary responsibility will be to deliver robust business use case’s, solutions and innovative approaches that drive outstanding Customer Experiences.
You would be working closely with Novartis International Content Enablement business teams, Internal Enterprise architects, External vendor/product teams applying their expertise to build solutions that align with our client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Architecture of Content Enablement product solutions across the content lifecycle.
Own Architecture of Content Enablement product solutions Aprimo, Activator, Wrike, Screen Dragon Content planning applications, Enterprise Integrations, Mobile App, DoXign & UAM (User Access Management), Taxonomy (Claravine, EBX, Reltio) Applications.
Define end-to-end architecture for Content Enablement platforms (Content Planning, MLR, DAM, Authoring, Distribution or Integrations & Data Analytics.)
Lead solution design across systems such as Veeva, Aprimo, Anthill Activator, Wrike, and custom integrations including SAAS and AI applications.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, security, and compliance requirements. Drive integration strategy across platforms using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Own architecture governance including design reviews, standards, and documentation
Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of solutions across international marketsDrive program and project execution ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget adherence. Coordinate across cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with novartis standards and governance processes. Drive Agile/DevOps delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements. Lead release planning, change management, and environment management activities.
Have a long-term vision on the architecture for the Content Enablement portfolio and seamless connectivity. Bring new ways of integrating with MCP for agents. Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture and the solution architects’ team.
Essential Requirement:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Proven Experience on Aprimo, Activator, Wrike, Screen Dragon Content planning applications, Enterprise Integrations, Mobile App, DoXign & UAM (User Access Management), Claravine, EBX, Reltio Applications Apis.
Experience in integrating SAAS platforms. Strong working experience in content platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, Aprimo, Wrike, Anthill Activator. Expertise in integration technologies (REST APIs, Axway API Gateway, Mulesoft, Boomi, Axway MFT, SOLACE)
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architectures. Knowledge of data architecture and analytics platforms (Snowflake, Qliksense, Power BI)
Experience with Content Enablement MLR &DAM platforms (Aprimo, Veeva PromoMats). Strong experience in MLR workflow, DAM configurations, taxonomy configurations.
Experience working with global stakeholders and managing distributed teams
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage complex delivery landscapes and multiple parallel initiatives
Strong program and project management experience (Agile, Kanban, hybrid models). Strong understanding of MCP
Desirable Requirement:
Aprimo, API Gateway, Architecture certifications. Knowledge of Content Planning and Content authoring processes.
Experience supporting international and multi-market deployments. Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of Aprimo native configurations & product capabilities.
