The Associate Director, Social Media will help Fiverr grow its brand by building an industry-leading social strategy for its diverse community of freelancers and business leaders across the globe. You live and breathe the latest social trends and can quickly put ideas into action. You don’t just think about content but you’re willing to take risks to create game-changing and buzz-worthy brand moments across channels. 

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $145,000. Our total compensation is to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, locations and other job-related qualifications and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

This is a full-time hybrid position and requires candidates to work from Fiverr's office 3 times a week.

What am I going to do?

• Deliver sharp creative social strategy, innovative briefs, and impeccable execution of creative concepts
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of social media creatives
• Define an evergreen content strategy with a particular focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Work collaboratively across teams and regions to support broader business campaigns and lead creative culture
• Pitch bold campaigns to senior management
• Tap into trends and cultural moments with speed and precision
• Take the initiative to launch large, and small-scale, social-first campaigns
• Lead and contribute to multiple projects at once and ensure on-time delivery of social campaigns

Requirements

• 7-10 years of qualified social media experience at an agency or major brand
• Social, copywriting, or creative direction background
• Passion for social media including emerging channels
• A portfolio demonstrates your social media work and accomplishments 
• Chronically online
• B2B Experience a plus
• Short-form video content-making experience
