DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but are not limited to):

  • Assist the Vice President - School Operations with administration of all facets of school operations for the assigned school group, including management of personnel and implementation of policies and procedures;
  • In conjunction with the Vice President - School Operations, engage in hiring, training, counseling, reassignment, promotion and termination of company associates as applicable;
  • Strong working knowledge of all departments within in the organization, including but not limited to admissions, school administration and training to ensure efficient and appropriate operation of assigned school locations; 
  • Assist with training and onboarding new company associates both onsite and remotely across all positions within the assigned school group;
  • Assess and evaluate associates during the onboarding process and on an ongoing basis. Make reports, recommendations and propose action plans to the Vice President – School Operations regarding the same;
  • Provide school managers with feedback and support in various areas as needed;
  • Review and approve training pads and road training routes at assigned school locations in conjunction with the Vice President – School Operations;
  • Receive, review and evaluate all daily student roll calls at all assigned schools locations to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the school;
  • Auditing of various operational areas of various school locations, including but not limited to administration and training;
  • Compiling reports and making presentations regarding ongoing operations;
  • Supervision and management of school groups and/or specific staff positions of 15 persons or more, as assigned;
  • Monitor overall financial performance of school groups and make recommendations to the Vice President - School Operations to increase revenue and/or reduce operating expenses;
  • Travel to assigned school network locations as required and provide direct management of operations as on an as needed basis;
  • Perform duties with honesty, objectivity, truthfulness, integrity and high ethical standards.
  • Understand the confidential nature of information with regard to all company activities including but not limited to policies, applicant data, student data, financial data, and accreditation and licensing, and agree to maintain that confidentiality even after separation from the company
  • Regular, reliable and predictable work attendance is an essential function of the position of Associate Director – School Operations
  • All other duties as assigned.
